Fetch & Fancy Boutique & Grooming Salon is seeking a passionate, skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality grooming services in a vibrant, pet-friendly retail environment where your care and expertise help pets look and feel their best. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Bathe, dry, and groom pets according to breed standards and customer preferences

- Trim and style fur, nails, ears, and other grooming needs

- Assess pets' health and skin condition, reporting any concerns to pet owners

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and work area

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners

- Keep detailed records of grooming services and client preferences

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a pet groomer

- Knowledge of grooming techniques for various breeds and coat types

- Ability to handle animals gently and confidently

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Excellent team-player

- Attention to detail and good organizational skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Certification from a recognized grooming school

- Ability to pass a background check
