About the Role
Description
Most people don’t realize how much expertise goes into the crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations they rely on every day. Behind every great smile is a skilled dental technician. Even if you’ve never worked in a lab before, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Begin your career in the dental field with our Dental Laboratory.
WHAT WE DO: We partner with Dentists to fabricate high-quality, custom dental restorations and appliances — each one designed to restore function, comfort, and confidence.
Requirements
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR, SOMEONE WHO:
- Has a high school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled
- Can read, write, speak, and understand English
- Has a positive attitude

WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY:
- Work with your hands to make dental prosthetics that will improve someone’s quality of life
- Use hand tools and/or small equipment
- Sit for the majority of the day
- Collect and deliver the cases you work on from/to the shelf
- Perform steady hand and arm movement
- Our framework builders shape and solder metal components used in partial dentures and other dental prosthetics, ensuring each piece fits precisely to the patient’s model.
- Our finishers polish crowns, bridges, and denture frameworks to achieve smooth, comfortable, and aesthetically refined surfaces that meet dentist specifications.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 pm or 8:00 AM - 4:30 pm, working an 8-hour shift.
