About the Role

Lifting, transferring and personal supports will be required.
We are two young men sharing a home and looking for a Community Support Worker who would enjoy connecting them to all the exciting opportunities available to them in the community. Both of us require physical and personal supports and we both rely on a wheelchair for our mobility.
