Three Rivers Park District is a park system in the west suburban Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area of Minnesota. We manage almost 27,000 acres of park reserves, regional parks, regional trails, and special-use facilities. The name "Three Rivers" comes from our parks' geography, situated within the watersheds that flow into three significant rivers to this region: the Mississippi, the Minnesota and the Crow. We also offer program sites for nature, recreation, historic, and farm education. The Park District serves 7 million park guests per year.
About the Role

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Outdoor Recreation Educator positions at French Regional Park in Plymouth, MN and Cleary Lake Regional Park in Prior Lake, MN. This position is responsible for developing and conducting outdoor recreation programs which support Park District efforts to increase public understanding and awareness of outdoor recreation opportunities, foster environmental stewardship, and the appreciation, enjoyment, and utilization of Park District facilities and resources.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $20.50 - $22.00/hour

Essential Duties and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED plus at least one year of experience or related training. Bachelor’s degree in outdoor recreation or related fields or education and experience equivalent to the degree preferred.
