Job Description

  • Experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager with a proven track record in delivering marine construction projects.
  • Extensive experience in piling, quay wall construction, slipway development, pontoon installation, coastal protection works (rock works), and small-scale dredging.
  • Strong ability to lead and manage day-to-day site operations, resources, and subcontractors.
  • Skilled in planning, scheduling, and driving productivity improvements to achieve project objectives.
  • Experienced in coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong focus on ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Thorough understanding of HSE requirements and quality compliance within marine construction environments.
  • Effective team leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Committed to achieving successful project outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid UAE Driving License
