About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Transport & Infrastructure team, based at our Brisbane Airport office on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a passionate, high-energy team dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment support. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure we connect the right people with the right opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you'll recruit for both frontline and salaried positions across our Australian operations. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting across a mix of frontline and salaried roles, either within an internal recruitment team or a recruitment agency environment
  • Proven sourcing and search experience across platforms such as Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), Awards and employment conditions
  • Confident managing a busy dashboard
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional candidate care and communication skills
  • A champion of inclusive hiring practices who promote equal opportunities for all candidates
  • Ability to build strong business relationships and understand hiring managers requirements
