Senior Product Manager - Software Solutions

Your mission

As our Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving ProGlove's software and solution offering.  
You will operate as the “CEO” of the software and service business inside the company, with accountability for strategy, P&L, growth, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation. The mission is not to manage an existing business. The mission is to build one. Success will have a measurable impact on the company’s growth profile, competitive positioning and profitability. The role reports directly to the CPO and will be part of the product management team.

• Monitor and drivetheP&L for theproduct line
• ARR growth
• Attach rate
• Net Revenue Retention
• Customer adoption and value realization
• Pricing and monetization strategy
• Strategic partnerships

 
Required qualifications 

• 5to8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software, cloud, SaaS, or IoT environments
• Proven experience delivering cloud-based or SaaS products
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence teams and senior leadership.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have 

• Experience in industrial technology, IoT, hardware, embedded systems
• Experience with establishing and changing SaaS business models
• Experience with IoT platforms
• Background in enterprise or B2B software
• Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with product-led growth, monetization

What success looks like

Within your first 12-18 months, you will: 

Strategy & Vision 

• Define the long-term strategy and positioning of the business
• Establish a category-leading position in operational intelligence and frontline analytics
• Prioritize markets, verticals,accountsand use cases with outsized growth potential
• Make investment and resource allocation decisions that maximize long-term value creation
• Balance innovation, execution, and commercial impact

Commercial Growth 

• Lead software solutions go-to-market strategy across sales,marketingand customer-facing functions
• Build repeatable ARR growth engines
• Develop pricing,packagingand commercial models
• Expand software penetration across the installed base
• Build expansion and renewal motions

Leadership  

• Create a culture of accountability, customerobsessionand execution excellence
• Align Product, Engineering, Sales, CSM and Marketing around business outcomes
• Establish operating rhythms, businessreviewsand performance management disciplines
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts and drive rapid decision-making

Customer Outcomes 

• Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers and lighthouse deployments
• Ensure measurable customer outcomes and ROI realization
• Stay close to customer operations and emerging industry trends
• Translate customer needs into business priorities
• Drive adoption,retentionand expansion through customer value creation
