About The Company
We solve the biggest pain in health – the pain of not knowing. Today's wearables track what you do and how you feel, but not the biochemistry that explains the why. LIOM closes that gap: we're building the ultimate health wearable for conscious living. It provides a continuous, needle-free window into your body's chemistry, starting with glucose. Through this, we empower users to make informed lifestyle choices and live healthier and longer lives. The science is proven. Developed over 8+ years by 50+ scientists, validated across 130+ subjects, and protected by 23 patent families, LIOM is the only company with the two critical pieces of innovation: calibration-free, non-invasive biomarker measurement and technology miniaturized into a wearable form factor. Founded in 2017 and based in Switzerland. Pre-orders open in 2027; launch in 2028. Reach out to discuss investment or partnership opportunities.
About the Role

About LIOM

LIOM Health AG is a Swiss deep-tech company building the ultimate health wearable for conscious living – a continuous, needle-free window into your body's chemistry, starting with glucose. Through this, we empower users to make informed lifestyle choices and live healthier and longer lives. Developed in Switzerland over 8+ years by 50+ scientists, validated across 130+ subjects, and protected by 23 patent families.

Your mission

As LIOM is growing, we are strengthening our internal IT organization. Reporting to the COO and supported by a senior IT expert, you will be the driving force behind IT operations, projects, and AI adoption across the company.

This is a hands-on coordination and leadership role. You won't need to personally implement every technical solution, but you will own the outcomes: orchestrating the right expertise, keeping projects on track, and making sure IT and AI genuinely serve the future development of LIOM.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the internal point of contact for IT topics across the company, triaging questions, coordinating requests, and following up until they are resolved.
  • Manage the relationship with our IT partners, translating business needs into clear requests and holding them accountable on delivery.
  • Lead IT-related projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking progress.
  • Select adequate AI tools and technologies for LIOM's needs, and drive adoption of AI across the company.
  • Coach and train employees on IT tools and good practices, acting as a patient, approachable teacher rather than a gatekeeper.
  • Draw on LIOM's network of expertise, including our IT Strategy Advisor, external partners and experts.
  • Contribute to LIOM's data governance from an IT operations perspective, supporting data owners where IT systems and controls are involved.
  • Keep an eye on everyday IT security hygiene, escalating and coordinating our external partners and experts.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, with at least part of it in a coordination, operations, or project-leadership capacity
  • Solid, practical understanding of a modern IT environment (Microsoft 365, device management, everyday infrastructure concepts); you don't need to be a deep technical specialist, but you're comfortable enough to have an informed conversation with an external IT provider.
  • Genuine strength in project management: you can plan, prioritize, and keep initiatives on track across several stakeholders at once.
  • Excellent communication skills in a multicultural, scale-up environment, and the ability to explain IT topics in plain language to non-technical colleagues.
  • A natural coach and teacher: patient, encouraging, and good at helping people build confidence with new tools.
  • Real spike in AI productivity tools, with the judgment to help evaluate which tools are worth adopting and the drive to get people actually using them.
  • A pragmatic, service-oriented mindset: comfortable being the orchestrator who brings in the right expertise rather than needing to have every answer personally.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; German is a strong asset.
Nice to have:
  • Prior experience in an IT coordination, IT operations, or similarly hybrid business/IT role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management tools.
  • Exposure to data governance or data risk frameworks.
  • Experience working in a scale-up or fast-growing company environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or cross-cloud environments.
