We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to support the company's digitalization initiatives by developing and implementing software solutions, integrating manufacturing data, and driving process automation. The role requires hands-on experience in software development, database management, and manufacturing digitalization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital applications using C#, Python, and related technologies.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure SQL.
• Integrate data from manufacturing equipment, ERP, MES, and other business systems.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data analytics solutions to support operational decision-making.
• Support automation, smart manufacturing, and AI-driven digital transformation projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, manufacturing IT, or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in C# or Python, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL).
• Experience with system integration, data analysis, and application development.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and industrial systems is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of AI, Industrial IoT, MES, ERP integration, or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Git, DevOps, and Agile development methodologies.
