We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our fulfillment operations and take ownership of how our products move from receiving to our customers' doors. You'll manage the day-to-day of our warehouse team, own inventory accuracy and quality standards, and build the processes that let us scale.
Here's what you'll do:
- Lead, schedule, and develop a team of Warehouse Associates, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Own end-to-end online order fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality in packing and shipping
- Oversee inventory receiving, check-in, and quality inspection processes; set and enforce quality standards for incoming product
- Manage inventory accuracy across the fulfillment center, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate store transfers and restocking to ensure retail locations are supplied on schedule
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Manage relationships with shipping carriers and vendors as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and positive headquarters environment
- Report on warehouse KPIs (fulfillment times, error rates, inventory accuracy) to leadership

40 hours per week
Business Hours 8am-4pm Monday - Friday
Requirements
What you bring:
- 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- A track record of leading and motivating a team
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
