This role leads environmental, health, and safety programs within a food and beverage manufacturing environment, ensuring regulatory compliance while driving workplace safety, risk reduction, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives.

• Incident Investigation And Root Cause Analysis
• Environmental Compliance And Hazardous Waste Management
• EHS Training And Employee Education

COMPENSATION
• $90,000-$110,000

ROLE
• Develop, Implement And Maintain Comprehensive EHS Programs, Policies And Procedures
• Ensure Alignment With Federal, State And Local Regulations
• Lead EHS Audits, Inspections And Assessments
• Identify Compliance Gaps And Drive Continuous Improvement
• Serve As Subject Matter Expert On Environmental Compliance
• Oversee Hazardous Waste Management, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics And Workplace Safety
• Manage Incident Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, Reporting And Corrective Actions
• Develop And Deliver EHS Training To Employees And Leadership
• Monitor And Analyze EHS Metrics And KPIs
• Maintain And Test Emergency Preparedness And Response Plans
• Partner With Operations, HR, Legal And Engineering
• Supervise And Mentor EHS Staff Or Site-Level Coordinators As Applicable
• Support Sustainability Initiatives And Environmental Reporting

Requirements
Requirements
• College Degree REQUIRED
• Food & Beverage Manufacturing Experience REQUIRED
• EHS Certification(s) REQUIRED
• 8+ Years Of Progressive EHS Experience REQUIRED
• At Least 3 Years Of EHS Leadership Experience REQUIRED
• Strong Knowledge Of OSHA, EPA, NFPA And ISO 14001/45001 Standards REQUIRED
• Proven Leadership, Communication And Change Management Skills REQUIRED
Preferred
• Master's Degree Preferred
• CSP, CIH Or CHMM Certifications Preferred Examples
• Experience With EHS Software Platforms Such As Enablon, Intelex Or VelocityEHS Preferred
• Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Preferred
