Requirements

• College Degree REQUIRED
• Food & Beverage Manufacturing Experience REQUIRED
• EHS Certification(s) REQUIRED
• 8+ Years Of Progressive EHS Experience REQUIRED
• At Least 3 Years Of EHS Leadership Experience REQUIRED
• Strong Knowledge Of OSHA, EPA, NFPA And ISO 14001/45001 Standards REQUIRED
• Proven Leadership, Communication And Change Management Skills REQUIRED

Preferred
• Master's Degree Preferred
• CSP, CIH Or CHMM Certifications Preferred Examples
• Experience With EHS Software Platforms Such As Enablon, Intelex Or VelocityEHS Preferred
• Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Preferred
