As a Director of National Accounts you will lead the strategy and growth of our Multi-Family national accounts business while coaching National Account Managers to achieve their goals. This highly visible role partners with field leaders and customers to identify opportunities, strengthen sales capabilities, and drive profitable growth through data-informed planning. The ideal candidate is an influential sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable traveling nationwide.

  • Support, train, and develop Multi-Family National Account Managers leading and assisting them to goal achievement.
  • Develop, consistently communicate, and provide analytics to assist the National Account Managers and field in setting a strategic plan to profitably grow each Multi-Family customer.
  • Establish a platform for essential competencies surrounding PE roofing products and systems to develop a talent pool for future company needs.
  • Adapt multiple technology platforms that enable the creation and development of relationships, digitally.
  • Assist field leaders in identification of talent to facilitate the need for future Multi-Family expertise.
  • Meet with market leaders and loyal customers on a consistent basis to accurately assess the effectiveness of the company’s strategic deployment plan.
  • Be an influential leader to all field personnel involved with growing the Multi-Family roofing business through exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Assist National Account Managers and field leaders by providing detailed reports that highlight wins and opportunities.
  • Maintain a network of contacts within and outside of the company.

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of national sales leadership experience. 
  • Proven experience leading and developing a national sales strategy. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to add strategic value at the leadership table. 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Strong ability to work in changing environment, see through complexity. 
  • Personal integrity and exemplary ethical standards.  
  • Ability to interpret and administer policies and procedures consistently and objectively. 
  • Experience using business intelligence systems to manage portfolio (Salesforce, Cognos, Tableau, and Mincron).
  • Willing to travel up to 75%.
