About the Role

Job Summary:

The warehouse allocation coordinator will assure individual compliance with the FDA regulations, cGMP’s and all other applicable regulatory compliance requirements, applicable department programs, including training, documentation, standard operating procedures, and PAI policies and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in accordance with the commercial group expectations.
  • Verification / Creating of Pick tickets (and performing allocations) using SAP.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy for Finished Products.
  • Monitor and resolve SAP Error reports
  • Ensure PIC/LOOSE Cycle Count Program is performed each day and the data is being recorded and reported to management.
  • Assist Logistics Manager in performing investigations of product, processes, and inventory as directed.
  • Cross-train in all areas of the warehouse operations Pick, Pack, and Ship finished product, as required per established policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in daily, monthly, annual, and biennial inventory processes.
  • Handle movement of all materials as directed by Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Operation of Process Pro MRP and SAP WMS / ATTP system required. Create and update procedures.
  • Attend and conduct training sessions to maintain and increase job skills and knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety Awareness, OJT, SOP, and specific issue training.
  • Perform all other duties, as may be assigned, by management.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of cGMP’s
  • Experience with SAP and ERP Software
  • Must possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good investigational / troubleshooting skills /ability to multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze orders received and schedule work based on pick/pack standard time and transit standard cycle time based on delivery location.
  • Proactively analyze pending orders to ensure escalation and mitigation of potential risks for late deliveries
  • To qualify for position, candidate must pass DEA expanded background check and have access to the cage/vault

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

 

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing.

Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
