About the Role
 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Scheduling Specialist Leads works, under the direct supervision and in close collaboration with the Medical Receptionist Manager (MRM). This position is responsible answering all incoming calls providing exceptional customer service and acts as the front line support for the Scheduling Specialists. Support includes but is not limited to answering questions, prioritizing tasks, and working with the supervisor and/or manager to ensure timely work completion.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

1.  High School Diploma or equivalent

2.  Minimum of 2 years working experience in medical/dental setting 

3.  Minimum of 2 year of experience with using a practice management system
