We are looking for someone who is eager and passionate about Rostudios. A people’s person who is dedicated to helping our brand to continue growing into the best it can be. As a Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of talent programs within Rostudios. 

Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and execute training programs. This includes new instructor training, experienced advanced fast track programs and upskilling of experienced or under performing instructors.  Together with the Head of Concepts & Talent Coaches, you are responsible for the quality of the programming and relevant systems for the Talent team. 

As a Talent Coordinator you will lead by example, and you will be able to provide insight in Talent Team needs and performance. This position is 20 - 25 hours per week and reports directly to the Head of Concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of new training programs within Europe, both for Roform and Rocycle. This includes coordinating and planning directly with Talent Coaches, Studio Manager and the talent.

• Planning and organising auditions for new talent alongside the Head of Operations and Operation Expansion Manager.

• Creating an action plan alongside the Head of Concepts after receiving the survey results for training of under performing instructors.

• Support the Talent Coaches with completing yearly Performance Review cycles. 

• Work with the Studio Managers for accurate planning and forecasting of instructors in existing studios. 

• Supporting Head of Concepts, Recruitment Coordinator and Talent Development Coach on recruitment outreach for new cities and ongoing recruitment processes for existing cities. Including initial screenings of applicants. 

• Documenting, communicating and tracking of training information

Your qualifications

• Strong coordination and planning skills

• Knowledge of indoor cycling & reformer pilates-inspired workouts

• Must have the ability to utilize discretion 

• Strong skills working with systems including Google workspace and Asana

• Hands-on and proactive attitude 

• A positive and creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) 

• 2 years of experience in a similar role or environment
