charles & charlotte is an independent Berlin-based social media agency.
The agency was founded in 2019 by Paulina Schumann and Pascal Fiedler. Inspired by the world's best pizza joint, which serves just one type of pizza (Margherita!), we realized that to be the best, you've got to focus on one thing. And for us, that one thing is social media.

About the Role
Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst die Produktion bei uns strategisch und operativ weiter: Prozesse, Standards, Setups.
- Du übernimmst als Skill Lead die persönliche und fachliche Verantwortung für das Produktionsteam, entwickelst Kolleg*innen weiter und sorgst für einen verlässlichen Qualitätsstandard.
- Du verantwortest ausgewählte Produktionen selbst als Producer*in und stellst sicher, dass Idee, Qualität, Timing und Budget zusammenpassen.
- Du konzipierst und verantwortest unser AI-enabled Production System: Du wählst den passenden Stack aus und führst ihn gemeinsam mit unserem internen AI-Team in die Produktion über. An welcher Stelle es Sinn macht liegt dabei ganz bei dir.
- Du kalkulierst Fixpreisproduktionen, schützt die Marge und entscheidest, wo das Budget den größten Unterschied macht.
- Du baust unser Partnernetzwerk für High-End-Produktionen aus, verhandelst Konditionen und Kickbacks und hältst die Qualitätsstandards unserer externen Partner*innen hoch.
Dein Profil
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Produktion von Social- und CTV-Content mit und kennst den gesamten Prozess von der Idee bis zum fertigen Asset.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Entwicklung von Produktionsteams und kannst Orientierung, Feedback und Qualitätsstandards geben.
- Du hast einen klaren Blick dafür, wie sich Produktionsprozesse, Tools und Setups effizient und zukunftsfähig weiterentwickeln lassen und fundierte Erfahrung mit AI-gestützten Produktions- und Postproduktionsprozessen.
- Du hast eine klare Haltung dazu, wann AI, ein hybrides Setup oder eine vollständig menschliche Umsetzung sinnvoll ist.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, entscheidest klar und bringst unterschiedliche interne und externe Beteiligte zusammen.
- Du bist in Berlin zuhause, sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau.
