About the Role

Birdeye is looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager (this is an individual contributor role) to help drive pipeline through high-impact, in-person events and tradeshows across key U.S. markets. This role partners closely with Sales and Customer Success, particularly the upmarket and enterprise teams, to execute against defined target account lists, support focused outreach strategies, and drive pre-event meeting generation, while also supporting larger regional and national field marketing programs as needed.

In addition to owning event execution, this role plays a critical part in ensuring we’re getting the right people in the room and turning events into meaningful pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how field marketing directly impacts revenue and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role reports to the Director of Field Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own field events end-to-end, from developing the event concept and managing budgets, vendors, and logistics, to aligning with Sales, executing on-site, and tracking post-event ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Partner closely with Sales to execute against target account lists and support account-specific outreach
  • Build and support targeted outreach strategies to drive pre-event meeting generation (ABM-style approach)
  • Manage all event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, AV, signage, shipping, and on-site execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams including RevOps, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing to ensure alignment and strong execution
  • Work alongside Sales to track outreach progress and ensure meetings are scheduled ahead of each event
  • Track and report on event performance, including registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact
  • Maintain organized event trackers, timelines, and post-event recaps
  • Support broader field marketing programs as needed, including sponsored events, trade shows, and partner activations
