About the Role

Description

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program has an opening for a Senior Service Technician working full-time (35 hours per week) based in Crawford County, Indiana. This position may also assist at other housing locations as needed. 


Serves as supervisor of maintenance work for the Housing Program, as directed and/or authorized by the Housing Program Manager and Housing Program Director. Responsible for overall project maintenance and scheduling of maintenance/work activities. The role includes but is not limited to grounds maintenance, cleaning and preparing units to rent, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs. Applicants must be able to work well with the public. The role also requires the ability to safely pull a trailer with a vehicle.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent required. Previous experience or training in basic residential maintenance is preferred. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance and travel locally and out-of-area as necessary. Must be able to pass the necessary background checks required for the position.


LHDC staff work a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday.
