McGriff Tire & Service, a family-owned business since 1948, operates 18 commercial truck tire service locations and 4 trailer repair centers across Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, and Arkansas. Specializing in top tire brands such as Bridgestone, Michelin, Continental, Yokohama, and GT Radials, the company is committed to quality service and excellence. Recently celebrating 75 years of business, McGriff Tire has partnered with Best-One Tire & Service to enhance its commitment to meeting customer needs. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Oxford, AL. The Salesperson will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions, and staying updated on tire products and services. The individual will provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and support operational tasks, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, communicate effectively, and upsell services or products.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, including managing time
  • efficiently and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing sales records and inventory systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the tire or automotive industry, is a plus.
  • A professional and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Must have clean MVR, Drug Test, pass DOT physical
