About The Company
We've been laying foundations, creating parking solutions, and forging welcoming entryways in Northeast Florida homes for more than 2 decades. Trusted by builders, contractors, and homeowners alike, we're focused not only on building, but on creating long-term communities where families feel at home. Adina can handle your concrete, framing, and drywall needs—and you can expect the same excellence across each discipline you've come to know through our concrete division over the years.
About the Role

Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor who can move between active jobsites, inspect work completed by subcontractor crews, and determine what must be corrected or completed before a project moves forward. This role is the quality checkpoint between subcontractor completion and the punch crew, ensuring corrective work is clearly identified, documented, prioritized, and verified.

Who We Are

Rally Construction Group (RCG) is the construction division at the heart of the Rally family of companies, which spans healthcare; humanitarian and defense; residential, custom, and commercial construction; and transportation services. Grounded in our faith-forward approach, we are committed to stewardship, operational excellence, and meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

We're not building an ordinary company — and we're not looking for ordinary leaders.

At our core, we believe great organizations are built by healthy, intentional, and high-character leaders. Culture isn't an afterthought here; it's our competitive advantage. We invest deeply in you because we know that when our people grow, the company grows.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect work completed by crews across active jobsites and confirm it meets RCG quality expectations, project plans, specifications, and scope requirements.
  • Identify incomplete, deficient, damaged, or nonconforming work and create clear, actionable punch lists for correction.
  • Document punch items with the locations, details, photos, and quantities the punch crew needs to complete corrective work efficiently.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, project leadership, subcontractor crews, and punch crews to communicate priorities, clarify scope, and keep corrective work moving.
  • Reinspect completed punch work, verify items are corrected to the required standard, and close out deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Track recurring quality issues and workmanship trends, maintain organized inspection records, and escalate patterns or concerns to field leadership.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of field construction experience; quality control, punch work, supervision, foreman, or skilled-trade experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction workmanship standards and the ability to recognize incomplete or deficient work.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound field judgment when determining whether work meets quality expectations.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, including clear notes, photos, and punch-list tracking.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work across multiple active jobsites.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; regular travel between local jobsites is required.
  • Ability to safely navigate active construction sites and work in typical indoor and outdoor jobsite conditions.

Benefits with RallyX, the management platform for RCG, include:

  • Competitive Pay
  • Insurance—Health, Dental, Vision for Full-Time employees
  • 401k plan with matching investment
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays

If you're someone with conviction, humility, and the courage to build something that matters — and you want to change the world alongside a team that refuses to drift into mediocrity — we invite you to join us.
