What We’re Looking For

  • Mission-Driven: A deep commitment to supporting individuals with mental health and substance use disorders with empathy, dignity, and respect.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional ability to track prior authorizations, manage strict renewal deadlines, and navigate government portals (e.g., NH Easy).
  • Strong Communicator: Capable of breaking down policy and benefit information into clear, digestible terms for both clients and internal staff.
