Job Title: Store Manager - Car Wash

Employment Type: Full-Time (Exempt)

Pay Range: $50,000 per year

The Opportunity:

Our Store Managers are responsible for driving overall site performance, leading high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a results-driven leadership role with full ownership of your location’s success, including revenue growth, membership performance, team development, and operational execution. You will lead from the front, coach your team, and ensure the site consistently operates at a high level.

What You’ll Do:

•  Own overall site performance including revenue, membership growth, labor, and expenses  
•  Drive Unlimited Wash Club membership growth through hands-on leadership and team coaching  
•  Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team  
•  Create a strong, accountable, and positive team culture  
•  Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor optimization  
•  Maintain site standards across tunnel, vacuums, equipment, and overall appearance  
•  Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination  
•  Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards  
•  Resolve customer concerns and support long-term retention  
•  Track and analyze key performance metrics and implement action plans

What We’re Looking For:

•  2+ years of leadership experience in a Store Manager or similar role (car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred)  
•  Proven ability to drive sales performance and business results  
•  Experience managing key performance metrics and operational execution  
•  Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills  
•  Comfortable working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment  
•  Strong communication and problem-solving abilities  
•  Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
