Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Administer performance management systems, including evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and change management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong track record of HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to design and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures effectively.
  • Proficient in HRIS and common HR software applications.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
