Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Lead Boiler Technician for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Castle Rock, Colorado. This position is for an experienced boiler technician who can independently troubleshoot, service, inspect, maintain, and start up commercial and industrial boiler equipment while providing exceptional service to customers.

This is also a hands-on leadership role. The Lead Boiler Technician will provide guidance to junior technicians and lead internal teams on projects while continuing to perform field service work. The position requires significant regional travel throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lead Boiler Technician will perform service calls, inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and boiler start-ups while identifying equipment problems and recommending effective solutions. You'll work directly with customers, help optimize boiler room operations, identify aging equipment and potential upgrades, and support the development of junior technicians.
