Product Marketing Associate (Social Media & Content) - Part Time

<p><strong>About DataMax</strong></p> <p>DataMax builds AI and data products. We are based in Munich with our engineering team in Tirana, and we have spent years building AI systems for large companies across Europe.</p> <p>Now we are launching two products of our own:</p> <p>- <strong>Toka</strong>, a CRM built for real estate professionals</p> <p>- <strong>Vitrina</strong>, a CRM built for social media sellers</p> <p>Both products use AI to take the manual work out of collecting, organising and following up on customer information. </p> <p>We are an AI company, and we expect the person in this role to work like one. You will be given a full stack of AI production tools and the time to learn them. If you already build your content with AI in the loop, you will be at home here.</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>You will own how Toka and Vitrina show up on social media. This is a build-from-zero role. The accounts are new, the audience is not there yet, and your work is what creates it.</p> <p>You will produce short-form video and visual content, publish it across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, and run the conversation that happens underneath it. </p> <p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Produce 4 content pieces per week, 2 per product, mostly short vertical video</li> <li>Adapt each piece for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn with platform-appropriate hooks and captions</li> <li>Write captions in Albanian and English, and burn in subtitles</li> <li>Run the weekly posting calendar and keep the cadence</li> <li>Answer comments and DMs within the same business day, and stay active in Albanian real estate and online seller communities</li> <li>Track what people are posting in our space and bring back a weekly list of hooks and formats worth testing</li> <li>Attend 1-2 industry fair days per quarter with the team: capture footage on site, publish within 48 hours, collect contacts for sales</li> <li>Report monthly on reach, follower growth, engagement and clicks</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Albanian at native level, English at B2 or above</li> <li>A portfolio of social content you have actually published, on your own account or for clients. Live links, not certificates</li> <li>You can shoot and edit vertical video on a phone using CapCut or an equivalent, including subtitles and captions</li> <li>Basic design skills in Canva or Figma for carousels and static posts</li> <li>You are comfortable appearing on camera</li> <li>You understand how a hook works on TikTok and why the same cut underperforms on LinkedIn</li> <li>You use AI tools in your work already, or you are visibly quick at picking up new ones</li> <li>Available for occasional fair attendance, 1-2 days per quarter</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fl<strong>uency with AI content tooling.</strong> Any of: ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, Screen Studio, Opus Clip, Submagic, Veo, Runway, ManyChat or Predis in a real content workflow.
