It all started in 1920 when Benjamin Sanel and Edward Sanel Sr. founded Sanel Auto Wrecking Company in Concord, NH. This small company sold new and used auto parts, as well as scrap iron and metal. Their vision was to supply customers in northern New England with the highest quality car parts in the automotive repair business. Four generations later, we have not forgotten our roots or the principles that the company was founded on. We have grown our auto parts business over the years and now have 38 store locations throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. During this time, Sanel NAPA's goal has not changed.

About the Role
Auto Parts Specialist – Full-Time
Sanel NAPA Auto Parts | Montpelier, VT
$15–$17/hour | Approximately 40 hours/week
Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM + Every Other Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Join Sanel NAPA as an Automotive Parts Specialist and become a trusted resource for our retail and commercial customers. You'll help customers find the right parts, learn the automotive parts business, and work alongside a team that keeps customers and vehicles moving.
What You'll Do
- Help retail and commercial customers at the counter and over the phone
- Use computer systems and parts catalogs to identify and recommend the right parts
- Process sales and handle cash and card transactions
- Support special orders and inventory activities
- Provide occasional backup support for deliveries as needed
- Work with your team to solve customer needs
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and customer-ready
- Follow safety procedures and participate in safety huddles
What We're Looking For
- Automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Reliable team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
