Sr Advanced Software Engr
As a Sr Advanced SW Architect here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and development of complex software systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and scalability requirements. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE- 5+ years of experience in software architecture and development
- Mastery level knowledge in design principles, architectural patterns, and coding standards
- Expert in multiple programming languages and technologies
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and lead indirect reports by influence
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to drive successful software development projects and initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
