PRODUCT
Vantis is building a product suite to run and scale modern primary care.
Vantis AI Assistant supports physicians before, during, and after the visit: it summarizes patient history, drafts documentation, highlights treatment and prevention opportunities, and can generate a patient friendly visit summary.
Automation agents handle high frequency workflows across practices and the group, from prescriptions, recalls, and follow ups to back office processes in HR, accounting, and finance.
Analytics provides real time transparency across sites on daily operations, helping teams identify bottlenecks, standardize best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
TEAM
Vantis is built by a team that unites primary care operations with technology, AI, and analytics. Because we run and digitize sites ourselves, we can design workflows and software that fit clinical reality and actually work day to day for clinicians and practice teams.
The founding team has scaled category leaders before, including building EGYM from early stage to global scale, and brings a field first culture of rapid iteration and measurable impact.

- Hausärztliche Versorgung mit planbaren Terminlängen (Chroniker‑/Vorsorge‑Fokus, strukturierte Anamnesen)
- Digitale, schlanke Dokumentation mit KI‑Unterstützung, um Befunde und Überweisungen effizient abzubilden
- Teamarbeit: klare Übergaben, definierte Sprechstundenlogik und transparente Kommunikation
- Optional: Einbringen in Praxisprojekte (z. B. Patientenaufklärung, Tele‑Sprechstunde) – je nach Kapazität

Das bringen Sie mit
- Qualifikation: Approbation vorhanden; Fachärzt:in für Allgemeinmedizin oder Innere Medizin – oder Weiterbildungsassistent:in in den letzten Zügen
- Arbeitsweise: Freude an strukturiertem, digitalem Arbeiten, verlässlich und teamorientiert
- Sprache: Deutsch C1/C2 und klare, einfühlsame Kommunikation mit Patient:innen und Team
- Von Vorteil: Erfahrung oder Interesse an Geriatrie, da die Tätigkeit zusätzlich die Versorgung vieler älterer und multimorbider Patient:innen umfasst.
