We seek a qualified and passionate English Language Teacher to join our Institution. The successful candidate will teach English language and literature to students of varying proficiency levels, fostering a supportive learning environment and promoting academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching:

1. Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons.

2. Develop and implement curriculum aligned with school standards.

3. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

4. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.

Classroom Management:

1. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

2. Establish clear classroom routines and expectations.

3. Manage student behavior, promoting respect and discipline.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in English Language, Linguistics, or Education.

2. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.

3. Strong knowledge of English language and literature.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

NCE, Diploma, BA in English language

Salary: NCE Teacher Training/Diploma - #75,000

BA (First degree) - #80,000
