About the Role

As a Finance Manager, you will lead accounting, tax, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in line with Group policies, IFRS, and VAS. You will oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, management accounts, and business performance analysis, while partnering with stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights. You will also drive financial controls, process improvements, audit coordination, and regional finance initiatives, supporting the VN Finance Head and Regional Finance team in maintaining a strong and efficient finance function.

What You Will Do

  • ​​Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in accordance with Group accounting policies, IFRS requirements, and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
  • Manage tax compliance and reporting, including VAT, PIT, CIT, invoice-related reporting, FCT and other applicable tax filings, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and coordinate external audits, tax audits, and other regulatory inspections.
  • Take ownership of cash flow forecasting, treasury management, working capital, AR overdue and unbilled balance monitoring.
  • Support and prepare annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, working closely with business teams and management.
  • Prepare management accounts, BU-level P&L, budget vs. actual analysis, and provide financial insights on key business performance and variances.
  • Partner with business teams to support financial and operational matters, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, profitability, and financial risk assessment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to strengthen financial controls, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies, tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors as required.
  • Support the Vietnam Finance Head and Regional Finance team on Group reporting, audit, internal control, and other regional initiatives.
  • Perform other finance-related responsibilities assigned by the Finance Head or management.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years of team management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, VAS, taxation, statutory reporting, and month-end closing.
  • Experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  • Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, D2C, or technology businesses is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems; Oracle NetSuite experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in inventory/SKU reconciliation, WMS, or e-commerce platform reconciliation would be an advantage.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent are preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
