Legal Consultant - Products (ECM / Structured Products) - Remote

Axiom, the premier global provider of on-demand legal talent, is seeking a Legal Consultant - Product (ECM / Structured Products) to provide mid to long term support to leading global client in digital assets/fintech . You will act as a key legal point of contact for innovative equity‑linked products, working remotely, at the cutting edge of capital markets and emerging digital asset–linked solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as the primary legal advisor for a portfolio of equities and structured / innovative products, supporting them through the full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, and exit).
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts, building program‑level documentation where needed.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters (including financial promotions, market conduct and licensing issues) in coordination with internal regulatory, compliance and risk teams.
• Work with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and help develop scalable legal processes and templates.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in a transactional practice (Structured products, ECM, derivatives or broader capital markets) from private practice or in-house
• Global or US‑underlying equity programs (e.g. DRs, structured equity, IPOs, program‑level documentation) or cross‑border offerings experience would be advantageous
• Crypto, digital assets or tokenization experience is an advantage but not a must.
• Proven experience drafting and structuring complex capital markets / structured product documentation, comfortable building terms and programs from ground up with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working with high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams
