About the Role

Warehouse Operations
•    Execute inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch. 
•    Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders. 
•    Support efficient storage and material movement within the warehouse. 
•    Coordinate vehicle loading/unloading and dispatch activities. 
Inventory Management
•    Update inventory transactions accurately in WMS/ERP systems. 
•    Assist in cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation activities. 
•    Monitor stock movement and report inventory discrepancies or damages. 
•    Ensure proper stock arrangement and material handling practices. 
Documentation & Reporting
•    Maintain operational documents such as GRN, dispatch records, stock transfer records, and inventory reports. 
•    Prepare daily productivity and operational MIS reports. 
•    Ensure timely and accurate system updates for warehouse transactions. 
Coordination & Communication
•    Coordinate with inventory, transport, and customer service teams for smooth operational execution. 
•    Escalate operational delays, shortages, or process issues to supervisors. 
•    Support customer-specific operational and reporting requirements. 
Compliance & Safety
•    Follow warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines. 
•    Ensure proper housekeeping and safe storage practices. 
•    Support warehouse audits and compliance checks. 
Process Improvement Support
•    Identify operational bottlenecks and support process improvement initiatives. 
•    Participate in productivity and efficiency enhancement activities.
