We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient services and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do:
As Practice Manager, you will serve as a senior leader — supporting organizational goals by improving operational efficiency, enhancing the patient experience, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional care to patients and the communities served.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day patient services operations, including insurance verification, prior authorizations, administrative, credentialing and revenue cycle functions.
- Supervise and support assigned staff, providing education, orientation and supervision.
- Ensure efficient patient flow and work flows that result in office efficiencies.
- Manage billing, insurance verification, claims processing and revenue cycle processes.
- Analyze productivity and operational metrics and identify/implement process improvements. Address issues and resolve barriers impacting patient care and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality care and organizational goals. Partner with clinical and financial teams to reduce access to care and disruption to accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
- Oversee provider scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage to meet patient needs.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of healthcare practice management, medical office management or healthcare operations experience; Prior supervisory experience required.
- Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), medical billing, credentialling, insurance verification, prior authorizations and revenue cycle management.
