WHAT YOU DO
Eigenständige, vollumfängliche Projektleitung komplexer Projekte von der Planung über die Kostenkontrolle bis zur Abrechnung
Inhaltliche Kundenführung, -beratung und -entwicklung für Kunden aus Bereichen wie z.B. Retail, Sports, Fashion, Beauty und Luxury in enger Abstimmung mit dem Key Account Director
Transparente Budgetplanung und finanzielle Gesamtverantwortung für das zugeordnete Projektportfolio sowie fachliche Anleitung von juniorigen Kolleg:innen im Team
Souveräne Steuerung vielfältiger Formate wie Retail Kampagnen, Events und Brand Experiences
- Interdisziplinäre Schnittstellenkoordination interner Teams, externer Dienstleister:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen unter strikter Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Budgets und Timelines
WHO YOU ARE
- Min. 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Fokus auf Retail, Sports, Fashion oder Luxury
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Entwicklung von Projektteams sowie ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Denken und strategische Beratungskompetenz
- Begeisterung für ein dynamisches Aufgabenfeld von der strategischen Konzeption bis zur präzisen operativen Umsetzung
- Interdisziplinäre Denkweise, ausgeprägter Teamgeist und Souveränität auch in intensiven Projektphasen stets den Überblick zu behalten
- Exzellente Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsskills auf Deutsch und Englisch
