About The Company
Since 1945, Intoximeters, Inc. has been pioneers in manufacturing and developing law enforcement grade, evidential breath alcohol analyzers to assist in DUI enforcement. As industry pioneers, our instruments are designed for accuracy, durability and operator safety, with the highest quality and longest lasting fuel cell in the market today. We offer a range of devices for law enforcement and workplace testing, including handheld, portable, and desktop evidential instruments. But our story begins even before the company was founded. In 1937, Dr. Glenn C. Forrester discovered and patented a process for capturing alcohol from a breath sample. The result was the development of a portable, roadside instrument used to collect evidence in suspected drunk driving cases. Eight years later, Dr. Forrester founded Intoximeters and today, second and third generation family members own and operate our business. Intoximeters is passionate about breath alcohol testing -- not only providing superior instruments in our entire line of Handheld Alco-Sensors, Portable Breath Testers, and Desktop Analyzers, but also offering comprehensive support through training in the operation and maintenance of our instruments and software. Our extensive experience and exceptional performance and service have made us the global leader in breath alcohol testing. Intoximeters is also the exclusive distributor of Abbott’s SoToxa™ Oral Fluid Mobile Test System a handheld analyzer that provides the optimal combination of speed, ease of use, reliability, and accuracy for drug testing at the roadside. The analyzer has been designed to meet the high performance demands of law enforcement. It can detect up to 6 drug classes within 5 minutes from a single oral fluid collection sample. Weighing in at under 2 lbs. and fitting comfortably in your hand, it is a truly portable analyzer.
About the Role

Description

About Us

Founded in 1945, we are a stable, small-company environment with a global footprint. As a world leader in breath alcohol detection field, we provide instruments to a global market. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our very busy office and help us maintain the high standards our customers have expected for over 80 years.

The Role: Technical Accuracy & Research

We are looking for a high-energy investigator who treats every account setup like a mission-critical project. This role requires a unique blend of technical aptitude and extreme attention to detail. You will be managing complex variables including pricing concessions, software-specific instrument configurations, and dry gas specifications, just to name a few.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can pivot instantly between high-level technical data and urgent customer support without letting a single detail fall through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Onboarding & Research: Conduct deep-dive research for new and existing customer setups.
  • Financial Precision: Manage and audit pricing concessions to ensure billing accuracy. One small error here impacts the bottom line and customer trust.
  • System Integration (CRM & ERP): Navigate and maintain data integrity across our CRM and ERP systems. You will ensure that front-end customer requests and back-end technical specs are perfectly synced.
  • Workflow Agility: Pivot instantly from a technical specification audit to a customer inquiry. You must maintain a positive attitude and a fresh perspective, even in a "controlled chaos" environment.
  • Information Retention: Rely on excellent memory recall to track specific account nuances and technical configurations.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • The "Get-It-Done" Personality: You are proactive and solution-oriented. You don’t wait for a task list; you see what needs to happen and execute.
  • Detail-Obsessed: You have a "detective" mindset. Whether it's a dry gas SKU or a specific pricing tier, you find the errors others miss.
  • A Master Multitasker: You enjoy a high-volume, busy office. You stay grounded and productive when the pace accelerates.
  • Technically Savvy: You have 5 years of experience working within ERP and CRM environments and can grasp complex product specifications quickly.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5 years in a technical customer service, research, or account management role.
  • Software Fluency: Proven ability to master ERP/CRM systems and technical product databases.
  • Reliability: A track record of "owning" your desk and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

What We Offer

  • Stability: A world-leading small company in business since 1945.
  • Compensation: Competitive wage based on your 5+ years of expertise.
  • Benefits: 401K plan with company match.
  • Culture: A fast-paced, "family feel" office where your contributions are visible and valued
