The NeuroMedical Center Clinic is celebrating over 40 years as the South's largest, most recognized provider of comprehensive, multidisciplinary care in the neurosciences. Our physicians are all specialty-trained in the neurosciences and expertly evaluate and treat a wide variety of brain, spine and nervous system conditions including stroke, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, brain & spinal tumors, back & neck pain, degenerative disc disease, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, sleep disorders, and nerve disorders. The NeuroMedical Center Clinic houses adult and pediatric neurosurgeons, neurologists, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), pain medicine physicians, neuropsychologists and neuroradiologists, most of whom are board certified and single or double-fellowship trained in their respective specialties. Our clinical teams are trusted to diagnose, treat and rehabilitate the full range of neurologic conditions, and coordinate care for over 120,000 patients annually.
About the Role

Description

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Running a busy clinic daily and checking in patients
  • Prepping patient charts, performing phone triage, and updating the EMR system
  • Phone, e-mail, and patient portal messaging as well as other miscellaneous clinical duties as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office skills
  • Must be reliable, detail orientated, and proficient with computer use

Education Required:

  • Vocational Degree in nursing or medical assisting preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required

Hourly Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5PM
