About June’s All Day

A little bit of Paris is coming to Dallas.

Expanding from its iconic flagship on South Congress, June’s All Day is bringing its sophisticated, high-energy bistro and legendary wine bar to Dallas! From weekday lunches and weekend brunches to candlelit dinners, June’s combines Parisian cafe charm with polished, unpretentious Texas hospitality.

We are seeking an energetic, hospitality-obsessed Service Manager to help launch our new Dallas footprint, lead our Front of House team, and set the standard for top-tier guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the Floor: Direct daily FOH operations across lunch, brunch, and dinner services with charm, urgency, and precision.
     
  • Build the Team: Recruit, onboard, schedule, and mentor FOH staff (servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders) for our grand opening and beyond.
     
  • Master the Vibe: Curate a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere aligned with our chic French-cafe aesthetic and award-winning wine and beverage program.
     
  • Guest Relations: Act as the face of June’s in Dallas, building relationships with regulars and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
     
  • Operational Excellence: Manage POS systems, track labor/beverage costs, maintain inventory, and ensure seamless service flow.
     

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • 2+ years of FOH management or supervisory experience in a high-volume, polished-casual restaurant or wine bar.
     
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and POS operations.
     
  • Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
     
  • Active TABC and Texas Food Managers Certifications.
