About the Role

Schultz Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-focused Office Manager to join our team! We are seeking a strong leader who enjoys building relationships, developing employees, improving processes, and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.


The Office Manager plays an important role in the overall success of the practice and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the dental team, and helping the office meet its patient care, operational, and financial goals.


What You'll Do

  • Lead, support, and develop the dental office team
  • Oversee daily office operations and workflow
  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development
  • Manage employee schedules and help ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Monitor office performance, production, scheduling, and other key metrics
  • Partner with doctors and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Address patient concerns and help maintain a high level of patient satisfaction
  • Ensure office policies, procedures, and expectations are consistently followed
  • Conduct employee check-ins, provide feedback, and help manage performance
  • Support billing, insurance, scheduling, and front-office processes as needed
  • Help the team achieve practice goals while maintaining a strong focus on quality patient care

What We're Looking For


Our ideal candidate is someone who can balance the people side of leadership with the business side of running a successful dental practice. You should be approachable, organized, accountable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous dental office or healthcare management experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing schedules, staffing, and office workflows
  • Understanding of dental insurance, billing, and patient scheduling is preferred
  • Experience with Dentrix is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and patient information professionally
