Salary Range: $17.50-$19.00/hour

Position Summary:
The Dunkin’ Team Lead is a crucial team member who assists all operations of the Dunkin’ restaurant within a fast-paced café and drive-thru environment in a multi-concept travel center. This role provides excellent guest service, brand-standard execution, and support to fellow team members. The position operates in a high-volume setting with peak rush periods that require strong multitasking, and a calm, solutions-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, engage, recover and encourage friendly upselling
- Open/close the restaurant
- Uphold and be an example for food safety
- Coach teammates and keep orders perfect
- Control pace and resolve guest concerns
- Train mentor and provide feedback
- Maintain a positive and energetic shift
Qualifications
- Previous QSR experience preferred
- Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic computer skills required
- Fluent in spoken and written English or the local language in which you serve.
