Job Description

We are looking for a results and relationship driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, guiding how we support clients, our communities and each other.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities
  • Proactively identify leads through networking and market engagement
  • Partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for the labour market and align them with employer needs
  • Deliver post-placement support to employers to ensure long-term employment success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support clients at risk and improve retention outcomes
  • Work to KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in relationship management and/or advocacy for clients
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated to exceed KPIs
  • Has strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Is confident in building relationships and engaging employers from diverse industries
  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence
