By maintaining sanitation standards, supporting kitchen teams, and ensuring all areas are clean and functional, the Steward helps create a smooth operation and an enjoyable experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of shared dishwashing, kitchen, and back-of-house areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean high volumes of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure proper sorting, storage, and distribution of clean items across concepts.
• Support multiple vendors or stations by restocking supplies and removing used items.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Clean floors, drains, equipment, and common areas regularly throughout shifts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Assist with high-volume turnover during peak service periods.
• Communicate effectively with multiple teams to support operational flow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds.
