Infinity Claws is the new go-to spot for claw machine thrills and arcade fun! As we prepare to open our first location, we're searching for friendly, enthusiastic Sales Associates who love games, helping people, and creating a fun environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist guests with playing claw machines and understanding store promotions.
• Restock and maintain claw machines to ensure they’re ready for play.
• Accurately rings customer purchases and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
• Answer questions and help resolve customer issues with a smile.
• Promote store events, specials, and prizes to guests.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store

Requirements

• Friendly, upbeat attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
• A love for games, arcades, and entertainment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior experience required – training provided!
