About the Role

Description

  • Identify and successfully engage alternative recruiting sources that allow the company to depend on less on traditional placement agencies.
  • Develop and engage in sourcing that produces qualified candidates.
  • Be comfortable with cold calling/creative sourcing/screening an active and passive diverse applicant pool for a broad range of positions. 
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies and practical applications that maximize our ability to identify and hire successful, competent employees for all staff positions.
  • Writes and posts job advertisements.
  • Manage the employee referral program.  
  • Administer weekly and ad-hoc reports on employment activity.
  • Effectively work within the designated ATS only, to maintain compliance.
  • Work within established processes within the organization.
  • Obtain feedback on current candidates provided to hiring managers so corrective adjustments can be made to search criteria.
  • Draft offer letters
  • Collect necessary closing information from candidates post interview
  • Provide hiring managers adequate feedback and coaching on offers
  • Negotiate salaries with candidates
  • Train and provide support for hiring managers on use of the ATS
  • Maintain campus relations
  • Coordinate all office interviews


Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s license 
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
