About the Role
Company Description
Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa is a tropical oasis nestled in the Noonu atoll within 45 minutes seaplane journey from Male International Airport.
The live and colorful house reef, the white sand beach and picture-perfect scenes make the resort as an ultimate beach holiday destination for both thrill seekers and leisure lovers.
Each of our 105 villas boast a private pool, cozy terrace and direct access to the ocean. The contemporary and eco-friendly design of the villas offer our guests a comfortable accommodation and laid-back resort experience.
Job Description
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure all orders are communicated clearly and promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Take accurate order, and serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards, while ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and proactively attend to requests, ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.
- Liaise closely with F&B service and kitchen teams to ensure timely operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area
- Support overall F&B operations to elevate the guest dining experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/ Waitress or in a guest-facing role within a five-star hotel or luxury resort
- Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are an advantage)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Strong understanding of F&B service standards and dining etiquettes
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
