Inside Sales Support / Commercial Sales Support

We are looking for a full-time (hourly) Commercial Sales Support team member to help expand our team in Fallbrook, CA!

• The ideal candidate must have exemplary customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data entry and computer skills are required.
• Teh ability to maintain detailed notes and provide timely follow-up is required.
• Prior experience working with contractors or in a commercial sales setting a plus.

Essential job functions:

• Support commercial sales through order entry, cost quoting and customer communications
• Build and develop strategic relationships with customers
• Generate new leads for all territories
• Quote follow up
• New customer entry and account updates
• Assist insides sales team members are needed
• Answer all phone calls for commercial sales team, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
