This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Graduate looking to kick-start their career in Property Management!  Working closely with experienced Property Managers and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio through a combination of administrative and property management responsibilities.

Day to day tasks will include:

  • Assist property managers in maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered.
  • Maintain orderly financial and lease administration procedures.
  • Liaise with tenants when requested by property managers regarding lease administration.
  • Updating tenancy schedules and ensuring any key action dates are captured.
  • Preparing regular reporting, including financial analysis, diary reports and any others as requested.
  • Continuous following up on arrears.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Recent completion of a Property Management or Property Economics degree.
  • Willingness to obtain the Certificate of Registration within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Genuine interest in the Property sector, ideally with the long term goal of being a Property Manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and organisational skills.
