COMPANY DESCRIPTION
AllCare is a fast-growing, tech-enabled provider of patient-centered care, built to address a core challenge in healthcare. Patients too often struggle to access timely primary care when they need it most. Without access, patients are pushed toward more expensive, fragmented settings, resulting in poor experiences and gaps in care.
We deliver care where patients need it most - with omnichannel delivery of primary and urgent care services. AllCare has innovated the delivery of primary care by optimizing the confluence of healthcare, retail, and technology. The model provides unparalleled ease of access through a combination of digitally scheduled appointments, walk-in visits, and telehealth.
Currently serving patients at 15 locations across Georgia, the organization delivers primary and urgent care services to a wide demographic range, with particular focus on patients who seek to engage with their healthcare providers in a convenient and patient friendly fashion. AllCare offers top-of-the-line services, including preventive care and wellness, Women's Health services, and chronic condition management such as Diabetes Treatment and Weight Management; all supported through an EMR that drives significant efficiencies in the clinical workflow and enables a best-in-class patient experience, which is reflected in consistently high Google star ratings.
The AllCare clinical model is purpose-built with the goal of simplifying the lives of patients and our care teams. Following an investment by Summit Partners, the company is poised to accelerate growth and provide high-quality, convenient and physician-friendly primary care.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is a hands-on, full-cycle clinical recruiting role focused on hiring the providers and clinical staff who power AllCare's primary and urgent care model across Georgia. You will own the requisition-to-offer process for clinical roles - physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, RNs - coordinate closely with Pod Practice Managers on hiring needs, and partner with credentialing to keep new clinicians moving smoothly toward their start date.
This role is ideal for someone who understands clinical hiring, builds strong relationships with providers, and is comfortable operating in a lean team across a growing, multi-site organization where hiring needs shift by site and specialty.
CLINICAL RECRUITING & TALENT ACQUISITION
- Own the full requisition-to-offer cycle for clinical roles: post openings, source and screen candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring Practice Managers and Medical Directors
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified clinicians across Georgia; provide weekly hiring status updates by site and role
- Verify licensure and conduct reference checks; initiate background checks and hand off to credentialing for privileging
- Coordinate offer logistics, compensation details, and start-date planning; hand off new clinicians into onboarding
- Promote clinical openings across multiple channels (job boards, careers page, medical/nursing career fairs, professional associations) and build relationships with local nursing and PA/NP programs
- Accountable for recruitment KPIs and participating in cross functional projects as the organization grows
CLINICAL RECRUITING PROCESS & STRATEGY
- Own funnel metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-offer, source-of-hire, offer-acceptance rate, and stage-to-stage conversion for clinical roles (applied ? screened ? interviewed ? offered ? hired)
- Report funnel metrics on a weekly and monthly cadence to TA/People leadership and hiring stakeholders, flagging bottlenecks by site, role, or specialty and recommending fixes
- Partner with cross-functional leaders — People/HR, Practice Managers, Credentialing, and Finance — to continuously improve clinical talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing channel mix, interview process design, compensation/offer competitiveness, and employer branding for clinical roles
ONBOARDING SUPPORT & RETENTION PARTNERSHIP
- Process new hire onboarding paperwork and Paylocity setup for clinical staff
- Assist with clinical staffing gap monitoring and shift coverage communication across sites as volume requires
- Support offboarding logistics for departing clinicians
- Partner with clinical leadership & HR and people operations to reduce turnover of recruits and improve retention efforts, particularly in the early days of an employees journey
- Pick up ad hoc clinical recruiting or workforce projects as they come up
Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 2–4 years of full-cycle clinical or healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, or MAs strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools and basic familiarity with clinical credentialing requirements (Paylocity a plus)
- Comfortable managing a high volume of requisitions across multiple sites at once
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around licensure and credentialing timelines
- Clear, credible communicator with clinical candidates, Medical Directors, and Practice Managers
- Comfortable context-switching between sourcing-heavy weeks and interview/credentialing coordination weeks
- Low ego about scope - does what's needed that week
- Practical, solutions-oriented mindset
PLUS, BUT NOT NECESSARY
- Experience with ATS platforms
- Prior experience in a growth-stage, venture-backed, or private-equity-backed healthcare company
TRAVEL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid schedule with regular time spent on-site at practice locations for interviews, career fairs, and Practice Manager check-ins
- Standard office/clinical environment; primarily desk-based work with periodic time spent in clinic settings
