What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve beverages for bar guests and dining service.
  • Deliver warm, professional, and seamless guest experiences.
  • Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming bar environment.
  • Maintain proper alcohol service standards and verify guest identification.
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions and complete tip reporting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and lounge areas.
  • Manage bar inventory, restocking, and storage of supplies.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized bar.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • High-volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer & wine.
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 30+ pounds.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
