Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Perform a variety of duties in concurrent material movement such as: physically moving pallets and product around warehouse space, and between sites. Provide products and services to our internal and external customers in a timely manner; properly maintaining all documentation and equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Cycle counting Inventory room to ensure proper stock is in our system
- Running and reading reports to properly track inventory
- Loading our MSC vending machines to proper fill amounts at both sites
- Staging the production floor with the necessary quantity and products in proper staging areas
- Continuous improvement in organization and cleanliness of inventory room
- Stocking production with the necessary products and amounts between both sites
- Deliver proper products to our customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Stocking inventory room with newly received items in proper locations and quantities
- Forklift duties (as assigned by dept. needs)
- Additions and withdraws in our inventory tracking system
- Shipping and Receiving
- Receiving packages from Tesla as well as our receiving dock
- Entering packages into our inventory tracking system
- Shipping out necessary packages to desired locations quickly and efficiently
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Demonstrated passion for corporate sustainability, social/environmental impact, and innovation
- 2 year of experience in warehouse and or inventory
- Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in Lean/Agile delivery environment
- Interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills to ensure that information is correctly and efficiently delivered
- High level of pride in work and work space, proactive nature
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, etc.)
- Ability to follow SOP and safety requirements
- Forklift certification (Preferred)
- Team player, dedicated to overall company performance and the ability to get along with others
- Self-motivated with enthusiasm and drive; able to work independently as needed
- Reliable attendance on-site required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Regularly required to walk and sit
- Regularly required to reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers to handle or feel.
- Regularly required to communicate and listen.
- Occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally required to team lift up to 75lbs.
- This employee will be in an environment with a moderate noise level.
- Close and color vision is required for computer use.
