Sr Analyst - Human Resources - APAC

As a Senior Analyst in Human Resources, you will play a vital role in driving UnitedLex's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a strong pipeline of talented professionals. Your expertise in IT and non-IT recruitment, coupled with your experience in ATS and job board platforms, will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent across the APAC region. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job board platforms to efficiently manage and track recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability and fit.
• Negotiate and close offers with successful candidates, ensuring a positive and timely hiring experience.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on IT and non-IT roles.

   

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

   

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.

   

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
