About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in Human Resources, you will play a vital role in driving UnitedLex's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a strong pipeline of talented professionals. Your expertise in IT and non-IT recruitment, coupled with your experience in ATS and job board platforms, will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent across the APAC region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, negotiate with candidates, and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job board platforms to efficiently manage and track recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability and fit.
  • Negotiate and close offers with successful candidates, ensuring a positive and timely hiring experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on IT and non-IT roles.

     

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

     

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.

     

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
